Since my first yoga class in 1999 my passion for the practice grew stronger. It supported me through life’s ups and downs, pregnancies, birth and motherhood and with the guidenss and encouragement of my teacher, James Bahuth I am now a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher.
Over the years I recognised yoga’s healing properties of body and mind with focussed attention and slowing of the breath. This holistic practice shaped an overall positive outlook, acceptance, love and devotion as well as good physical health. This recognition motivated me to offer others, what the practice have given me. I will encourage my students to explore the practice in their own pace and personal uniqueness.
I am a committed practitioner attending workshops in Bali and Melbourne, regular classes and self-directed yoga and meditation practice. I am also assisting in a weekly therapy class and working privately with students.
"Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dom. The better the practice, the brighter the flame."
I take private or small group sessions in the comfort of your home or at my home studio. In this personal session, body imbalance and alignment, tightness in the joints or muscles and any health concerns can be targeted. With my experience and knowledge I can assist in range issues such as women’s health, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, joint and muscles pain, some injuries and more.
I also take weekly classes at Yogaha studio, Ripponlea. More info yogaha.com.au
